  • 🩹 Basic First Aid & Emergency Response
  • 💸 Financial Literacy & Smart Spending
  • 🗣️ Public Speaking & Communication
  • 🤝 Soft Skills & Social Intelligence
  • 🌍 Global Citizenship & Awareness
  • 💪🏽 Self-esteem, Empathy & Resilience
  • 🧭 Digital Safety, Consent, Boundaries & Values

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Design and lead engaging sessions with children (ages 8–16)
  • Use a mix of games, real-life stories, activities & simulations
  • Build trusting relationships with kids, parents & colleagues
  • Adapt teaching to suit different ages, personalities, and backgrounds
  • Work closely with other educators to embed life skills into everyday learning
  • Track impact, get feedback, and constantly evolve your sessions
  • Be a role model – walk the talk, speak with heart, lead with kindness

💼 What We’re Looking For

  • Background in education / psychology / social work / training
  • Experience working with children or teens in any capacity
  • Passionate about holistic, real-world education
  • Excellent communicator – warm, clear, and energetic
  • Creative and flexible – knows how to make serious topics fun
  • A 2-year minimum commitment – consistency matters deeply for our kids

Bonus If You Have

  • Personal stories of challenge, growth, and wisdom to share
  • A sense of humour and a spark in your eyes 😊
