• Experiment Management: Drive experiments from start to finish, including scoping ideas, aligning designs with objectives, real-time monitoring, analyzing results, and proposing follow-up actions.
• CRO Process Optimization: Innovate and enhance the CRO process to improve efficiency and the quality of outcomes, while promoting a culture of experimentation across teams.
• Global Team Collaboration: Work effectively across different cultures, languages, and time zones with teams in the Netherlands, Romania, and India.

• Technical Expertise:
• Experience with CRO and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Knowledge of REGEX.
• Basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Bonus Skills: Previous experience in e-commerce.
