🎯 Your Role
As the Head of Services India, you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Mentor cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Content, Project Management, and Business Technology, while promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Drive Operational Success: Oversee daily operations, establish KPIs, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Strategize for Growth: Collaborate with senior management to align the service center’s activities with global initiatives and market trends, ensuring scalability and capacity planning.
- Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as the primary contact and representing the service center in global meetings.
- Manage Financials: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure Compliance: Implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with local laws, labor regulations, and industry standards.
💡 What You Bring
- Global Experience: At least 2 years managing a Global Capability Center (GCC) or working with international companies.
- Leadership Excellence: 3–5 years in office management with proven experience in team setup, expansion, and leadership.
- Operational Expertise: A track record of driving operational success and implementing process improvements in fast-paced environments, such as startups or e-commerce.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to align local operations with global strategies and embrace new tools and technologies for growth.
- Exceptional Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and financial management capabilities.

📜 Qualifications
- Experience managing international teams or a GCC for at least 3 years.
