*Responsibilities:*

- Oversee day-to-day operations including solar installations, maintenance services, and EV infrastructure projects across multiple sites.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and effectiveness within the construction industry.

- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

- Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support revenue generation efforts and ensure timely project delivery.

- Optimize resource allocation to meet project deadlines and budgetary constraints.

- Manage procurement processes to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards across various locations.

- Provide leadership and support to operational teams, facilitating training and skill enhancement initiatives.

- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and address concerns related to project delivery and customer satisfaction.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the construction industry, with experience in managing multiple sites.

- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze operational data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

- Willingness to travel to different project sites as needed.
