As a Field Technician/Engineer at Meras Plugins, you'll be pivotal in installing and maintaining electrical systems, particularly focusing on solar panels. Location: Chennai

Experience: 1-2 years

CTC: 2.4 to 3 LPA

Gender Preference: Male

Responsibilities:

• Conducting fieldwork related to electrical and electronic systems, primarily focusing on solar panel installation and servicing.
• Implementing electrical and electronic components as per specifications and requirements.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure project completion within specified timelines.
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations during field operations.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Fundamental understanding of electrical components and circuits.
• Familiarity with electronic instruments and their applications.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience in solar panel installation and servicing is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
• Male candidates must possess a two-wheeler (Mandatory)

Note: Bachelor's degree holders and candidates with prior solar panel experience are highly preferred.
