As our Chatbot Specialist, you will:
- Own the Chatbot Roadmap: Define and execute a strategic vision that aligns with business goals, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
- Innovate & Optimize: Continuously enhance chatbot functionalities to improve customer satisfaction, automated resolution rates, and self-service capabilities.
- Collaborate & Integrate: Work with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate the chatbot with enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, and knowledge bases.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Address technical issues and ensure the chatbot is scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Analyze & Report: Monitor performance metrics and share actionable insights with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay Future-Ready: Stay ahead of trends in chatbot technology and AI advancements, leveraging platforms like Ada to ensure best practices

- Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs, such as customer satisfaction (≥75%), automated resolution rate (≥50%), and containment rate (≥80%).
