• Own the Chatbot Roadmap: Define and execute a strategic vision that aligns with business goals, customer needs, and emerging technologies.

• Collaborate & Integrate: Work with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate the chatbot with enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, and knowledge bases.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve: Address technical issues and ensure the chatbot is scalable, reliable, and secure.
• Analyze & Report: Monitor performance metrics and share actionable insights with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

• Strong expertise in chatbot architecture, backend development, and AI-powered technologies.
• Proven experience in chatbot platforms, with Ada product knowledge as a significant advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs, such as customer satisfaction (≥75%), automated resolution rate (≥50%), and containment rate (≥80%).
