About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a one-of-a-kind person who can dream, plan, and execute magical events for children — from carnivals to themed birthdays to special celebrations.

This isn’t your typical event planner job — we want someone who’s as comfortable with glitter and balloons as they are with vendor calls and budget planning. You’ll be the brain, heart, and muscle behind every celebration — a do-it-all rockstar with street smarts, style, and stamina.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• 🎨 Dream up amazing themes – from dinosaurs to unicorns, you’ve got the imagination
• 🛠️ Get your hands dirty – setting up tents, decorating spaces, managing sound & lights
• 🤹‍♂️ Co-ordinate vendors – magicians, balloon artists, food stalls, rides, games & more
• 🧾 Handle budgets like a pro – create WOW without the ouch
• 👨‍👩‍👧 Be a people-person – warm with kids, calm with parents, assertive with vendors
• 🚀 Work flexible hours – weekends, holidays, or whenever the fun is happening
• 💡 Solve problems fast – with jugaad, instinct, and confidence
• 🎁 Own the whole experience – from start to finish, every little detail

💼 What We’re Looking For

• Someone awesome with kids and not afraid of chaos
• 1–3 years of experience in events, education, or anything creative and energetic
• A natural hustler – resourceful, efficient, and full of initiative
• No task too small – you’ll do everything from taping balloons to leading a team
• A commitment of 2 full years – this is a role that needs heart and consistency
• A driver’s license or two-wheeler is a big plus

🌟 Bonus Skills

• Love for crafts, design, drama, or early childhood education
• Can take great photos or videos
• Knows how to get 100 things done on a shoestring budget
