- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field preferred.

- Experience in OEM sales is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:


As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our company. Working closely with the Directors and collaborating with various teams, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include:


- Conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends.

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable solutions.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to create effective strategies and proposals.

- Participating in meetings, industry events, and conferences to expand the professional network and promote the company's services.

- Providing regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.

- Familiarizing yourself with the company's vision and mission, striving to accomplish set goals and objectives.

- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.

- Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.

- Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.

- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

- Assisting with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

- Managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.

- Identifying new business opportunities and potential partners.

- Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
