Key Responsibilities:

• Teach MBBS students and junior residents in anesthesiology and perioperative care.
• Administer anesthesia for general, regional, and sedation-based surgical procedures.
• Work closely with surgeons, intensivists, and critical care teams for perioperative patient management.
• Supervise anesthesia induction, maintenance, and recovery phases in OTs and ICUs.
• Train students in pre-anesthesia evaluation, airway management, and emergency protocols.
• Guide research in pain management, anesthetic techniques, and critical care advancements.
• Ensure compliance with anesthesia safety guidelines, infection control, and hospital protocols.
• Manage postoperative pain relief strategies, including regional blocks and multimodal analgesia.
• Participate in continuing medical education (CME) programs and conferences.
• Contribute to hospital policy-making in anesthetic and perioperative care standards.
