Job Title: Account Manager

Department: Sales, Account Management Team

Location: Hyderabad


Job Goal:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the performance and growth of a portfolio of Sales Channels. This role offers autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to shape your approach and drive success in existing or new accounts. You will collaborate with various internal departments to ensure seamless communication and strategic alignment, making this role crucial to our business growth.

Core Activities:

  • Sales Channel Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact between Sales Channels and internal departments.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Sales Channels to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet KPIs and foster continuous improvement.
  • Sales Performance Enhancement:
  • Analyze internal and external data to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Ensure timely product launches and accurate representation in sales channels, advertising, and marketing materials.
  • Reporting & Presentation:
  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Team Leader.
  • Utilize sales data to create impactful presentations that drive strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination:
  • Facilitate communication between Sales Channels and technical departments to streamline product creation and integration processes.
  • Coordinate demand generation activities between operations and project management teams.
  • New Marketplaces:
  • Oversee the success of newly launched marketplaces, ensuring performance goals are met and any issues are addressed.
  • Strategic Implementation:
  • Assist the Team Leader with the development and execution of sales strategies to elevate brand awareness and maintain a strong eCommerce presence.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales Growth:
  • Track and drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales growth.
  • Identify and address weaknesses while capitalizing on strengths to achieve sales targets.
  • Account Health:
  • Maintain low suspension rates and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Marketplace Success:
  • Ensure strong performance across all managed sales channels and initiate improvement projects as needed.
  • Competitor Analysis:
  • Stay informed about market trends and competition to drive strategic improvements.
  • Partner Satisfaction:
  • Build and maintain high partner satisfaction through strategic planning and effective follow-up.
  • Learning & Development:
  • Continuously develop skills and knowledge to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Time Management:
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and manage time effectively to meet all responsibilities.
