What We’re Looking For:

✔ 16-18 years in software development, with 7+ years in program management.

✔ BFSI experience – deep understanding of banking & financial services.

✔ Proven success in managing offshore/onsite teams & delivering at scale.

✔ Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills.

✔ Expertise in MS Project, Agile, and enterprise-level program execution.
