Job Description: Marketing and Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Sales Manager who possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise in selling Residential High-end Apartments. The ideal candidate should be adept at setting up sales targets, conducting comprehensive market research, generating high-quality leads, making effective sales calls, and maintaining an updated CRM database. The role entails engaging in constructive discussions and skillful negotiations with potential customers to successfully close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from the sales of Residential High-end Apartments.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to gain a competitive edge.
- Generate leads through various channels and ensure a steady flow of potential customers to the sales pipeline.
- Initiate proactive sales calls to prospects, engaging them with compelling presentations and detailed information about the offerings.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM database to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
- Foster positive customer relationships by promptly addressing inquiries, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Facilitate discussions and negotiations with customers, addressing their concerns, and persuasively presenting the unique value proposition of our Residential High-end Apartments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise effective promotional campaigns and sales materials that resonate with the target audience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities, contributing to continuous improvement in sales strategies and approaches.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, analyzing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and presenting actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the real estate industry, particularly in selling Residential High-end Apartments.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closing techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with potential customers and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities efficiently.
- Analytical mindset, capable of conducting market research and translating data into actionable sales strategies.
- Negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the company and the customers.
