Job Profile : Responsible & Accountable // Key Accountability

Candidate should be expertise in preparing Land Acquisition documentation, Scrutiny of documents, rendering opinion, due diligence of title documents.

Drafting & Registration:

  • Deeds, Agreements (JDA, GPA, Sale Agreement to Sell, Lease, Rectification etc)
  • Registration of Agreements/deeds with respective sub registrar offices
  • Drafting Letters & replying to notices
  • Compliance of Labour Notices
  • RERA formalities
  • Attending courts, follow-up with Advocate
  • Clients meeting, clarifications, interaction with Bank for loan documentation
  • Advising in legal matters.
