1. Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings). 2. Understanding of basic project stages like excavation, PCC, steel binding, shuttering, and concreting. 3. Perform quality checks for BBS, reinforcement, and shuttering. 4. Assist in identifying and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery. 5. Implement construction schedules and track daily progress. 6. Help develop site infrastructure (shelters, toilets, water facilities, canteens, roads). 7. Ensure work follows safety, quality, and SOP standards. 8. Document jobs, work plans, and meeting minutes. 9. Support in preparing MIS reports. 10. Manage data and record-keeping tasks. 11.
