urgent hiring for Npd Engineer

Engineering Graduate/ Diploma Holder ( CIPET) with min. 2-3 years experience in the Appliance/ Automotive sector- especially in Plastic components.

Person- should have good communication skills – and must have dealt on an individual level with Customers( OEM’s) w.r.t. Product Development and all stages – including Development plan, knowledge of APQP Documents and coordination with Plant Quality team for product manufacturing.

Person needs to interact with Royal Plastocraft- OEM’s --- for both current and new developments and interact with Plant- NPD and Production teams for timely product development .

Person should also need to develop good Relations with Customers – for increasing our Share of Business in current products and regular developments.

Person should be Mobile with good knowledge of NCR areas and should be based out of Delhi/ Gurgaon .
