Your Role:

• Define and maintain QC parameters as per product standards.
• Ensure positive release of products and calibration of monitoring equipment.
• Coordinate with external QC agencies and handle customer complaints.
• Drive continuous improvement through customer assessments and corrective actions.
• Conduct customer audits to minimize complaints and improve ratings.
• Lead new part development and handle PPAP documentation.
• Support production management and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in injection molding (cooler/washing machine/electrical parts/automobile industry).
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Expertise in ISO documentation and IATF standards.
• Educational background in DPT/DPMT, Polymer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
