Customer Support (Telecaller ) Job Description :
Roxyment india nidhi limited is a finance company and is recognised under section 406 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Earlier 620A RBI Act.). It is regulated and registered by Ministry Of Corporate Affairs, Government Of India and directed by Reserve Bank Of India in matters relating to it's deposite acceptance activities. It lends and borrows money among it's members. It provides financial services to the unserved and underserved members and transforms to a mass market bank.
We are looking for Customer support (Telecaller)
Roles and Responsibility
Inbound and Outbound call With good Communications
o Respond to customer Queries on call
o Resolve customer complaints
o Place customer orders in the computer system
o Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
o Provide product and service information to customers
o Follow up customer calls where necessary
o Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
o form Customers About The Company's Products/Services And Offers
o Manage Inbound/ Outbound Customer Calls In A Timely Manner Generate Leads That Develop Into New Customers
o Identify Customer's Needs And Convince The Customer To Buy The Product/Service
o Gain Comprehensive Product/Service Knowledge And Clarify Information Wherever Require
