Experience: 4~6 years

Job Description:

1.Experience in Press Tool & Die, Sheet metal processes.

2.Hands on experience on conventional machines (Milling,Grinding,Drilling).

3.Should be proficient in Tool & Dies manufacturing process.

4.Able to read and understand GD&T drawings.

5.Understand the basic Sheetmetal problems like Wrinkles,Thinning,Crack,Springback.

6.Experience in Die trials(Tryout),Part Proving,Comissioning of Dies, Part checking on checking fixtures.

7.Good hand skill in grinding, burr correction, arc welding, Flame hardening.

8.Should have good analytical skill

9.Knowledge about press operating.

10.Flexible to work in all shifts.
