Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our team at Tadpole. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to employees. This role requires a strong background in IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• SAP knowledge must be required

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and applications
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide timely resolution
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, software, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Monitor system performance and security, and ensure data backups
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to implement new IT solutions
• Train and support employees on the effective use of IT systems and software
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements
