Job Description: Program Associate

Position Overview

The Program Associate will support the Program Manager in executing various operational tasks related to program delivery. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Assist in the design and finalization of educational materials including assessments and case studies with the Program Manager and other Stakeholders.
  • LMS Support: Help ensure LMS readiness by uploading content and managing program schedules alongside the Program Manager.
  • Sales Coordination: Support sales activities by preparing materials for program pitching and assisting with enrollment processes.
  • Session Assistance: Assist Program Manager in hosting the live sessions by tracking attendance, addressing student queries during sessions and collecting feedback post every session.
  • Uploading Content: Timely uploading of session recordings and other content types into the LMS.
  • Assessment Monitoring: Assist in uploading assessments on time and monitor student submissions under the guidance of faculty/SMEs.
  • Community Building: Help create forums in LMS for peer interaction and facilitate discussions through WhatsApp/Slack groups.
  • Ticketing System Management: Assist in managing the ticketing system to ensure student issues are addressed promptly.
  • Session Scheduling: Help schedule all the sessions including the placements assistance workshops, mentorship sessions and mock interviews.
  • Certificate Processing: Support the issuance of certificates upon program completion by maintaining accurate records.
  • Alumni Relations Support: Assist in establishing an alumni network by helping coordinate events or communication efforts post-program completion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years in program/training coordination preferably in education sector
  • Ability to interact with customers and various other stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
