Job Description: Marketing Manager

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead the end-to-end marketing efforts to promote the programs. This role involves high-level strategic planning, messaging, branding, digital campaigns and lead management to ensure the program’s visibility and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and finalize the program scope, core messaging, key unique selling points (USPs) and overall branding approach.
  • Work with the design team to create marketing materials including brochures, landing pages and videos to convey the program’s value.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to create and optimize a dedicated landing page for the program.
  • Design and implement lead nurturing email sequences with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Ops teams to guide prospective students.
  • Strategize social media promotions on LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. to generate awareness and leads.
  • Plan and launch targeted ad campaigns on Google and social media to boost program visibility and lead generation.
  • Engage with influencers and external partners for program promotion, collaborating with the sales team and senior management.
  • Schedule webinars with SMEs to educate and engage prospective leads.
  • Execute program launch across all channels, including email, social media, and paid ads, for maximum impact.
  • Increase the frequency of Google Ads, social media, and display campaigns to enhance enrollment.
  • Use testimonials and alumni success stories to build credibility.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to nurture non-converting leads for future programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven track record in leading marketing campaigns; knowledge of digital ad platforms, email marketing, and social media.
