Position Overview

The Marketing Associate will support the Marketing Manager in executing digital marketing campaigns, developing marketing materials, and nurturing leads. This role requires close collaboration across teams to ensure smooth program promotion and lead management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating marketing assets and ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate with the web development team to update the landing page for optimal user experience.
• Build and manage lead nurturing email sequences with the SMEs and Ops teams.
• Work with the social media team to implement promotional content calendars for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Implement and monitor Google and social media ad campaigns.
• Coordinate with influencers or partners to promote the program.
• Organize webinars, working with SMEs and possibly featuring faculty / trainers.
• Track and report on campaign performance, updating the Marketing Manager on KPIs.
• Help maintain contact with leads who have not enrolled to keep them engaged.
• Support the collection and promotion of testimonials and alumni stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years in a marketing or digital campaign role.
• Familiarity with content creation, social media, and digital advertising; excellent communication and attention to detail.
