We are seeking a competent and organized Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at Ronish Bioceuticals, The fastest growing Pharma PCD Company.
The Admin Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting various
administrative functions within the company, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and are passionate about contributing to the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track & update brand names & coordinate with legal counsel for Trade mark related verifications & registrations.
- Ordering & Maintaining of Promotional material inventory
- New Product Categorization and coordination with Graphic Designer.
- General Coordination between various teams & vendors for smooth functioning of the system
- Prepare and maintain data in excel for rate quotations to various Govt tenders
Office Management: Maintain office operations by organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and ensuring office supplies are adequately stocked.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including but not limited to contracts, agreements, invoices, and regulatory documents.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for company executives and team members.
Support to Sales and Marketing Teams: Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials, promotional activities, and events as directed.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to various departments within the company, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Prior experience in admin role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or PCD industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Canva & other relevant software applications.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of Trade mark regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
Location: Industrial Area Phase 1 Panchkula.
