Essential Responsibilities:

·        Identify and understand the Sales, Production and other related Data

·        Identify and defining parameter values for finalized algorithm

·        Designing and Defining the Demand, Production & Material Planning Processes

·        Statistical modelling and identifying right algorithms

·        Driving initiatives to improve Forecast Accuracy

·        Establish and Drive SnOP Process in the Organisation

·        Translating Sales Forecast into Production Plan and Production Plan into Material Plan (MRP–RM, PM)

·        Define and follow up Indicators and Targets for the team

·        Driving consensus forecast by collaborative process with Sales, Marketing, Production & Supply Chain Functions

·        Manage statistical forecast exceptions on a Weekly/Monthly basis by collaborating with cross-functional teams

·        Prepare Plan of Action to manage the Exception

·        Regular cleansing of historical data

·        Ensure production trial, new product (NPD) can start and launch with the timeline and discontinued are carried out effectively

·        Inventory Management - Ensure customer Service & Inventory level (SLOB management) are met and maintained

·        Supporting management with risk assessments and mitigation activities

PERSONAL PROFILE:

·        Age: 30 - 32 years

·        Minimum Qualification: Engineering Graduate with MBA in Supply Chain/Logistics

• Desired Experience: 7 to 12 years in experience in Demand & Supply Planning in FMCG Sector.

·        Desired Industry Exposure: FMCG/Food Industry

·        Desired Geographical Exposure: Not Applicable

·        Language: Hindi/English/Bangla
