Essential Responsibilities:
· Ensuring that all Factory related compliances are obtained /renewed in time with the necessary support from the user function
· Maintaining high quality relationships with local government bodies and panchayats as well as Local Government Administration and Police for statutory compliances and seamless support to factory operations
· Handling disciplinary action process like unauthorized absenteeism, negligence’s, in-subornation, idling or wasting time, stoppage of work through cautioning, warning, suspension, and termination.
· Responsible for preparing and presenting HR MIS for the plant specifically tracking productivity/over time / manpower costs and labour related overheads
· Proactively identifying and resolving employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner that protects the needs of the plant to operate in an effective and efficient manner.
· Managing and mitigating employee grievances by ensuring supervisors and leadership are creating an open forum for discussion and resolution of plant issues.
- Assisting management in statutory /non statutory conciliation & arbitration.
· Issuing show cause notices to workers and staff at plant for cases of indiscipline and insubordination and any other event which hampers productivity of plant
· Handling domestic inquiries for cases of indiscipline and insubordination and any other event which hampers productivity of plant
· Provides effective guidance and coaching to Plant Leadership, relating to employee concerns, problems, and disciplinary action to comply with company policies.
- Responsible for managing training and development activities at the plant
- Responsible for acquiring Talent at the Plant with adequate support from the TA Partner
· Taking ownership for specific HR initiatives that support the effective operations of the organization by developing and/or delivering HR programs / projects
· Identifying issues which increase attrition and create and execute programmes/projects which control attrition
· Developing and taking ownership of vendors providing temporary employees/CL.
- Responsible for administration of worker compensation claims, record keeping, and documentation.
- Responsible for special projects related to other functional areas and other related duties as assigned.
- Responsible for Managing Employee Engagement initiatives and Communication Platforms at the Plant
- Responsible for delivering required administrative support at the Plant

Personal Profile:
Age: 30-40 years
Minimum Qualification: Masters’ in Business Administration/Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Human Resource

Desired Experience: 8-15 years
Desired Industry Exposure: FMCG/Beverage/Manufacturing
Desired Geographical Exposure: Should have extensively worked in East India
Language: English/Hindi/Bangla
