Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and maintain VBA applications and Microsoft Access databases to

·      automate workflows and improve business processes.

·      Design efficient data models, queries, forms, reports, and user-friendly interfaces

·      that align with project requirements.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance, data

·      integrity, and security.

·      Collaborate with teams to understand functional requirements and implement

·      solutions effectively.

·      Provide detailed documentation, including code comments, technical specifications,

·      and user manuals.

·      Conduct testing and debugging to ensure applications are reliable and meet end-client

·      expectations.

·      Support end-users by offering training, resolving queries, and implementing

·      enhancements as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

·      3-5 years of proven experience in VBA development with a strong focus on

·      Microsoft Access.

·      Proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Microsoft Access, and SQL.

·      Solid experience in database design, including tables, queries, and form/report

·      creation within Access.

·      Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail and ability to

·      work independently.

·      Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and document

Preferred Skills:

·      Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Macros and Power BI is a plus.

·      Prior experience with projects for USA-based clients.

·      Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar for project tracking.
