Experience:6.5 to13 Years

Minimum Qualifications:

M.Sc in Electronics/Computer Science or B.E in Electronics/Computer Science

6.5 to 13 years of experience in a similar industry

Required Expertise:

Proficient in developing applications on Windows platforms using C/C++, C#, VB, and LabVIEW

Strong exposure to Industrial Automation Systems, requiring mechatronics skills

Hands-on experience with interfacing NI DAQ systems and EtherCAT devices

Excellent command of Visual Studio IDE and/or NI LabVIEW

Purpose of Job:

The Senior Industrial Automation Developer will be responsible for executing and coding the defined system architecture for industrial automation applications. The role involves implementing complex automation solutions in line with project requirements and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand the architecture design and implement it within the defined framework

Collaborate closely with team members to execute the project plan efficiently

Act as a Senior Team Member, providing technical guidance and support

Develop and execute detailed test plans to validate the system performance

Participate in periodic reviews and provide project updates

Willingness to work on the shop floor during equipment trials and testing

Flexibility to travel to sites for equipment proving and on-site validation

Desired Skills:

Expertise in programming and application development on Windows platforms

In-depth understanding of industrial automation systems and mechatronics

Hands-on experience with NI DAQ systems and EtherCAT devices

Proficiency with Visual Studio IDE and/or NI LabVIEW

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
