Job Title: Product Sales & Business Development Manager - US Food Industry

Location: India (Remote)

Experience:3 to 4 Years

Its a 3month contract role (Contract can be Extendable)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Sales & Business Development Manager to expand our US Clients' market share in the US food industry. This role will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the United States, with a primary focus on the East and West Coast regions.

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US food industry, including but not limited to food processing, manufacturing, and distribution.

o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.

o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends and opportunities.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.

o Effectively present product value propositions and demonstrate product features and benefits.

o Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Market Development:

o Represent the company at online industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events in the US.

o Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations and key opinion leaders.

o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities.

o Analyze market data and prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.

• Customer Relationship Management:

o Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

o Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

o Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of proven experience in sales and business development within the food industry (preferred).

• Strong understanding of the US food industry landscape, including key players, trends, and challenges.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in using CRM and other sales-related software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced1 and dynamic environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Existing network of contacts within the US food industry.

• Experience with international sales and business development.
