Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Designer . The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. This is a senior-level position located in Bangalore with the flexibility of remote work. The role is full-time and requires a strong background in product design, Adobe, and UI/UX.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in product design, with hands-on experience in Adobe, UI/UX (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Expertise in using design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Strong user interface design skills with a deep understanding of design principles and user experience.
• Ability to produce functional prototypes and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Solid experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing products from concept to launch.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Translate user needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility and adherence to design specifications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to iterate and improve designs based on user feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge design solutions.
• Document design guidelines, standards, and best practices to maintain a cohesive design language across all products.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture within the company.
