We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Entra Professional (MS 365) in Pune. This is a full-time, mid-level position suited to candidates with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting Microsoft Entra and MS 365 solutions, ensuring that our clients receive the most efficient and effective service possible.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience with Microsoft Entra and MS 365, including setup, maintenance, and support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Entra security and compliance tools to manage organization-wide security policies.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, especially within Microsoft Azure, to effectively manage cloud-based services.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and related technologies for efficient management of users and computers.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Microsoft Entra and MS 365 environments promptly.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members, ensuring clear and concise information sharing.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Must possess a proactive approach to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft Entra and MS 365 solutions, ensuring all services are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Implement and maintain security and compliance policies to protect organizational data within Microsoft Entra.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Entra and MS 365 environments to provide quick solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and tailor Microsoft solutions to meet their business needs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members, enabling them to make the most of Microsoft Entra and MS 365 services.
• Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Entra with other Microsoft and third-party services.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of the existing IT infrastructure to optimize performance and reliability.
• Prepare documentation and training materials to educate end-users and improve overall system usage.
