Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and deploy complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform using Java and JavaScript
• Integrate ServiceNow with other internal and external applications using RESTful APIs
• Manage and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules to meet business requirements
• Create custom applications to extend ServiceNow functionalities
• Perform unit testing and support quality assurance to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
