Job Description

We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Scientists and Lead Data Scientists to join our team in Bangalore. The selected candidates will be working closely with our client in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
• Conduct hypothesis testing and statistical analysis to guide business decisions.
• Build and optimize classification, clustering, and regression models to solve complex business problems.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing actionable insights to drive business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Visualize and present data insights and model outputs using Python to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Data Science Expertise: Strong foundation in data science with the ability to apply it effectively in real-world scenarios.
• Python Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Python programming for data manipulation, model building, and data visualization.
• Machine Learning: Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and experience in applying them to solve business problems.
• Statistical Models: Experience in developing and working with statistical models, including hypothesis testing and model validation.
• Business Understanding: Ability to align data science projects with business objectives and deliver impactful results.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain is highly desirable.
