Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process to hire top talent.
- Handle HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Implement HR strategies to support business growth.
Qualifications:
- Degree in HR or related field with experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
