We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Recruiter(Female) to join our team at United Healthcares. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and screening qualified candidates for various positions within the company. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly hired employees
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
