Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate for our Mumbai location at Rockstud Capital. This is a full-time, mid-level position where you will leverage your expertise in deal execution and closure, due diligence, and more. Your role will involve working within a dynamic team to manage complex investment strategies and contribute to our firm’s growth and success in the venture capital and private equity industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in deal execution, ensuring smooth transaction processes and effective stakeholder management (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in deal closure, with a strong ability to finalize transactions under tight timelines and maintain beneficial terms (Mandatory skill).
• Deep understanding of due diligence methodologies to accurately assess and mitigate investment risks (Mandatory skill).
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and inform investment strategies for higher returns.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to close deals, align terms, and manage contractual arrangements.
• Analyze market trends and portfolio performance to optimize investment strategies and enhance returns.
• Prepare detailed investment reports and present findings to senior management and investors.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and investor communications to support fundraising activities.
