Job Description
● Proven Business Development, Account Management and Vendor Management experience in the US staffing industry
● Develop new clients ( Direct / Tier 1 ) for IT staffing business in USA
● Ability to build business relationships - Have long term clients who is willing to work with you and who has gained trust over the years working with you
● Proven record of successfully signing up contracts with new clients and placing resources on various projects
● Good understanding of US staffing business, sales process and recruitment process.
● Must have a proven track record of outstanding sales performance in the IT consulting industry and a workable approach for closing new business, and sense of urgency in obtaining new business
● Plan and Execute sales strategy & tactics that maximize business opportunities
● Analyse requirements from clients and work closely with the recruiting team to ensure delivery meets clients' expectations
● Experienced in Evaluating, Negotiating and Executing Client Contracts as well as Sub Contracts adhering to Company Policies
● Experience handling projects and services contracts and SOWs is preferred
● Preferable experience in US Staffing, IT Sales, software sales, US Sales, B2B sales or Lead Generation etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
● MBA / BBA /- Any Specialisation in Marketing / Others
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT US staffing business development
● Ability to search market and come up with new idea
● Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
● Excellent leadership and communication skills
● High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making
