Job Title: Business Development Executive – IT Field
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with expertise in various online bidding platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Upwork, Clutch, Freelancer, and other platforms to help drive business growth, expand the client base, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Bidding:
- Identify and target potential clients through platforms like Upwork, Clutch, Freelancer, and other bidding sites.
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals and bids to secure projects.
- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and follow up consistently to convert leads into business.
- Client Engagement:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that align with company services.
- Schedule and lead client meetings, calls, and presentations to build long-term relationships.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Keep updated with industry developments to stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposals and solutions meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for strategic campaigns and brand visibility.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report progress on sales activities and outcomes.
- Analyze project performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the IT industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Upwork, Clutch, Freelancer, and other bidding platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
