Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 


Convince clients to opt for our education services using a script or persuasive technique.

Work an assigned territory, often up to 7 to 8 houses or locations per day.

Should achieve a given monthly target.

Do call new leads and do an aggressive follow up.

Should maintain all software like CRM, HRMS and others required.

Always use the Red and White guideline for counseling.

Follow Rules and regulation of organization, policy and SOP.

Do activities to generate the lead and aggressively close it and students should be enrolled.

Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Should be involved in all sales promotion activities, awareness programme , seminar, worksop whenever required.
