6. Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock replenishment needs to the relevant department.
7. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
8. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
9. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
10. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
11. Participate in store promotions and events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in retail sales or customer service role is preferred.
