We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Caller to join our healthcare team. The Patient Caller will be responsible for contacting patients to schedule appointments, provide reminders, and follow up on their healthcare needs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact patients via phone to schedule appointments and confirm availability.
  • Provide courteous reminders and confirmations of upcoming appointments.
  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, services, and general healthcare information.
  • Update patient records with accurate appointment details and notes from interactions.
  • Follow established protocols for patient communication and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and administrative team members to ensure efficient patient scheduling and service delivery.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with patients of diverse backgrounds and needs.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures related to patient communication and data privacy.

Qualifications:

  • Any UG / PG Degree.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Empathy and compassion in dealing with patients' concerns and healthcare needs.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is beneficial.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience with patient scheduling software or EMR systems.
  • Certification in medical assisting or healthcare administration.
