US Customer Service Process for Healthcare


Job location:- Andheri East

 

Shift time :- 

5.30pm to 2.30am 

6.30pm to 3.30am

7.30pm to 4.30am


Week Off:- Fixed Weekends off


Requirements:-

* Excellent english spoken communication.

* Minimum 6 months BPO Voice experience.(International experience Preferred)

* Basic computer skills.

* Comfortable with night shift.

* Should be able to handle inbound calls.

* Experience in Customer Service Voice Process is Mandatory.

Additional Note:-

*Work From Office Only.

*Home drop will be available.
