Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role based in New Delhi, overseeing sales operations, developing strategies, and managing a Pan India sales team. The focus is on exceeding annual revenue targets, closely monitoring performance, and taking corrective actions.


As the Sales Manager at GSA- Airlines, RL Group, you'll identify and tap into new markets, establish partnerships, and use innovative marketing techniques. Leading and motivating the sales team, managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction are crucial aspects.


Emphasis is on nurturing high-value corporate accounts, staying informed about market trends, and adapting sales campaigns based on effectiveness. Adhering to regulatory requirements is essential, and comprehensive reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors are part of the role.


Efficiently managing the sales budget, optimizing expenses, and achieving revenue targets are key financial responsibilities. Upholding high customer service standards, providing accurate sales forecasts, and maintaining an organized customer database contribute to informed decision-making. The role extends across Pan India, leading the sales team to success.


Qualifications

  • Sales experience: 7+ years of experience in sales management in the airline, travel, or related industry
  • Leadership skills: Ability to lead and manage a sales team towards achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills: A strong communicator with the ability to present information effectively to clients and team members.
