Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Cruise Specialist located in Delhi, India.
• The role however would involve pan India Sales with travel to key cities as needed.
• The candidate should ideally have experience in the Cruise Segment with emphasis on B2B Sales of a high end niche product.
• As a one point contact with the principles this position entails both sales and operations and would give the person the scope to develop this business as an independent profit centre.
• Would be responsible for development, planning and execution of strategy, brand development, brand positioning/re-positioning, go-to-market plans and marketing campaigns as per the guidelines given by the principles.
• Customer focused individual and versatile manager able to delivering quality services and developing a team as the business expands
• Building long term relationships with clients, strategic business partners, key stakeholders and other customers.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience ideally in the cruise line industry and river cruises
• Strong Customer Service , Communication and Interpersonal Skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with travel booking systems and procedures
• Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
