3.Indent Matching with market hire model,asset model & asset lite model

4.Communicate with customer and vendor to ensure prompt pickup and delivery of shipments

5.Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility

6.Responsible of cost reduction in all area of operation

7.Manage lease trucks and own trucks asset

8.Responsible of new vendor development

9.Responsible of new business execution and operation team development all over India

10.Manage backend operations team

11.Ensure ontime Pod collection & payment collection from customers

12.Schdule maintenance and repairs on vehicle

13.Train new drivers

14.Develop a startegy for decreasing vehicle cost

15.Encouarge drivers to create the most efficient routes

16.Create all management MIS reports

17.Follow all vehicle regulations and laws

18.Manage all in transit goods & e-way bills process

19.Involved in freight negotiagtions with customers & vendors
