Position : Assistant Manager - Tendering & Estimation
Qualification : Diploma / Degree - Civil / Electrical / Mechanical
Experience : 3-8 years in Corporate Interiors Fit-out Projects
Prerequisites : Should be from GC or Civil/MEP Contracting Background
Job Description
· Analyze all Tenders & RFQ for GC or Civil / MEP Contracting projects.
· Understand scope, budget & timelines & prepare list of queries.
· Identify incomplete product descriptions or scope of work.
· Attend pre-bid meetings to clarify scope and various techno commercial terms.
· Outline in-house and subcontract scope of work.
· Outline long lead & customized items.
· Co-ordinate with Suppliers & Subcontractors for costing.
· Prepare detailed Rate Analysis for the entire BOQ.
· Attend Commercial Bid & Negotiation meetings.
· Conclude RFQ and improve conversion rate.
