Job Description: 

•       Creating, Developing and managing the network – Distributors, Dealers, Sub-dealer, Retailers, Mediators

•       To appoint potential distributor & dealers and handling to off role staff and retailer handling.

•       Responsible for achieving the product wise target and to improve the market share – Agriculture and Residential Segment

•       Plan & Execute various promotional and advertising activities – Brand liveliness

•       Deriving and Executing business strategy and Concepts – Counters and Market

•       Develop and manage field level sales force to Manage network, Brand building among mediators & customers – Sales Representatives, Dealer marketing executive

•       Will have extensive traveling across the allotted territory
