Responsibilities

•      Creating, Developing, and managing the network – Distributors, Dealers, Sub-dealer, Retailers, Mediators

•      To appoint potential distributors & dealers and handling to off-role staff and retailer handling.

•      Responsible for achieving the product-wise target and improving the market share – Agriculture and Residential Segment

•      Plan & Execute various promotional and advertising activities – Brand liveliness

•      Deriving and Executing business strategy and Concepts – Counters and Market

•      Develop and manage field-level sales force to Manage network, Brand building among mediators & customers – Sales Representatives, Dealer marketing executive

•      Will have extensive traveling across

•       the allotted territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
