Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Telecaller to join our team at RJ Solutions. The position is full-time and based in Ernakulam, Thrissur, or Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and excel in communication.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outgoing calls to potential clients to introduce them to our staffing services
• Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information about our services
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
• Address and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely manner
• Continuously update knowledge about the industry and company services
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements based on customer interactions
