Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Telecaller to join our team in Ernakulam or Thrissur. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be responsible for handling calls and engaging with clients to understand their needs.

• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Engage in conversations to identify client needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Document client interactions and update relevant information in the database.
• Follow up on leads to ensure timely client engagement and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the team to improve service and meet company goals.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address client questions and concerns.
• Meet or exceed performance targets and KPI metrics set by the management.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
