Job Overview

We are currently seeking a mid-level Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) professional with 4 to 6 years of work experience. This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Plumbing Design.

Qualifications and Skills

• Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory skill)
• Solid experience in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years in a relevant field
• Proficient in Plumbing Design, including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems
• Expertise in HVAC Systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
• Thorough understanding of Fire Protection Systems, including sprinkler systems and fire alarms
• Knowledge of Building Codes and compliance with safety regulations
• Ability to optimize designs for Energy Efficiency to minimize resource consumption
• Strong Project Management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement MEP systems for commercial and residential buildings
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate MEP systems seamlessly
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software
• Perform calculations for load-bearing capacities, energy efficiency, and cost estimations
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in MEP systems and integrate innovative solutions
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians
